How we ship
Design
We design for scale, resilience, and maintainability, then surface risks, trade-offs, and sequencing in the open so you can sign off on the shape before a line of code gets written.
If we can't explain the architecture on one page, we haven't designed it yet.
Deploy
We build with velocity and vigilance. Guardrails are in place from day one: reviewed code, automated tests, and weekly check-ins that surface problems early rather than at the demo.
The first production deploy should feel boring. We optimize for boring.
Iterate
Launch is the middle of the project, not the end. We instrument the system, wire up alerting, tune what needs tuning, and leave your team with runbooks they can actually read at 2 a.m.
